| Week 17 October 11 Steven blew up his engine in practice, so Harry offerred his car and talked Steven through his race. Week 16 September 27 Harry was sidelined this week due to a lack of motor. However, he coached Steven to a fourth place finish. Week 15 September 20 Unfortunately, Harry was leaking during the first feature and had to pull off, but luckily, he was able to return for the second feature. He was charging to the front when a pegged oil temperature gauge sidelined him again, prematurely. The first feature saw Harry credited with twenty-third, while the second one improved to a fifteenth place finish. Week 14 September 6 Harry was running second to his son, very fast in the heat race when his motor blew up, yet again. Week 13 August 23 Harry experienced some motor problems during the week, but was able to rush around Saturday morning to get to Wall. Unfortunately, Harry got caught up in an accident and was credited with a twenty-first place finish. Week 12 August 16 Harry was charging through the field and made it to second position before a line fell off his oil cooler forcing him to the pit area and to a nineteenth place finish. Fortunately, his crew repaired the damage and Harry went onto a fourth place finish in the second race. Week 11 July 26 Harry made half a lap of practice this week before his back - up engine blew up. Therefore, he did not compete in the feature. Week 10 July 19 Harry was charging through the field Saturday night on his way to the front when his motor blew up. He was credited with sixteenth place. Go get 'em next week, Harry. Week 9 July 12 Sadly, the Sea Monster got him again. Unfortunately after contact with another car, Harry was sent to the pits with a broken A-frame and finished twentieth. Better luck next week, Harry. Week 8 July 5 Harry was able to draw the pole after qualifying in the top eight for this week's 76-lapper. He was able to lead every lap and eventually win with no contention from a second place car. Congratulations, Harry! Week 7 June 28, 29 Saturday night, poor Harry was just in the wrong place at the wrong time and got caught up in a mishap and finished eighteenth. His crew consisting of his son Steven, Andy, Allen, and Scott worked until 3:30 a.m. to assure the car was ready for the Sunday show. Harry was quite fast until his tire went down. Since the official thought he could tell from the tower that Harry's tire was not flat and just low, they started the race without giving Harry a chance to change his obvisously flat tire. Harry was credited with a sixteenth place finish. Week 6 June 22 Harry was charging through the pack on his way to the front when unfortunately the car underneath him turned him into the wall. He was credited with twenty-second place. Better luck next week, Harry. Week 5 June 8 As a result of three weeks of rain, Wall raced on Sunday this week. Harry was charging through the field when in second place, entering turn four, he was turned from behind causing a multi car accident. Unforunately, Harry was unable to return to the field which is sad, because many believed he again had the car to beat. Week 4 May 17 Harry's car was on rails this week and it even stayed together until the checkered flag. Harry's car was just as fast as it was last week and he was able to lead every lap including the important one. Harry chalked up his first win of the 2003 season. Congralutaions Harry! Week 3 May 10 Harry was the class of the field this week as he led most of the race with quite a gap. Until lap 33 when his motor did not hold out anymore. A broken distributor gear forced Harry to give up the lead and settle with a fourteenth place finish. Week 2 May 3 Unfortunately, Harry drove a little too hard into turn one on the opening lap this week and crashed. However, his pit crew was able to get him back out there. Sadly, on the restart, Harry was pushed into another wreck he could not recover from and was credited with a twenty-first place finish. Week 1 April 19 After hitting the wreck at the start of the opening night feature, Harry was able to get back out with the help of both his and Steven's crews. He was able to charge through the pack but was forced to settle for seventh place. Go get 'em next week, Harry! |
